200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

Directions
Making the Syrup: Combine all the components into a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer to a sealable bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, it will last for up to four weeks.
For the Premix: Combine all the spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, let it rest for an hour, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
For serving: Pour 85ml of the premix to a cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir lightly for one minute until cold. Filter into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
